We are committed to only producing inventory we can sell each season and not over producing products and potentially creating waste. Sometimes, this means we will run out of stock, but as that is happening the next inventory refresh is en-route. Our items are always available to order and will be shipped as they they arrive at our office.

We commit to ordering quantities that utilize the full bolt of our custom made and custom dyed stretch satin lining, this ensures that excess fabric is not ending up in a landfill. Our knit is made to order so there is never any waste there.

Sometimes we have an item that just isn't right and isn't sold (or even returned to us) and toques that don't pass quality inspection are donated to a local womens shelter after repairs have been made.

We utilize a manufacturer that pays above a living wage, and offers personal time off and maternity leave to their staff. We manufacture the toques ethically overseas in factories with minimum ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications and are transparent about their working conditions. Finding our supplier took months of due diligence. Moving forward we hope to move more manufacturing to Canada while maintaining cost effectiveness for our customers.
